Exterior
It has surprisingly high sides, so it can reportedly handle waves of about 1 meter with ease. Since it hasn’t been used very often, there is little overall wear and tear; the hull retains its shine, and it’s in good condition for its age.
Front Deck
It features a sturdy, flush-mounted deck. Since it hasn’t been used much, there is minimal wear on the non-slip surface. The front locker hatch has been rebuilt. There are two storage compartments and two livewells. Two scuppers have been relocated to the side near the waterline.
Bridge
The windows are made of tempered glass, providing excellent clarity. The anchor winch operates properly. The awning is sized so as not to interfere with fishing and features a sturdy frame. Stainless steel rails have been installed around the gunwales. The bulwark is designed to be low, making it easy to work on.
Aft Deck
This area is also flush-mounted. The surface is solid. The hatches are lightweight yet sturdy. This area is entirely storage space; there is no fish hold. There is some rust on the tiller, but the cylinder shows no particular issues. It appears the shaft and rudder were originally retractable, but the previous owner converted them to a fixed bracket type. An electric marine toilet is installed and can be screened off with a curtain. The spanker is made of solid stainless steel. The sails have just been re-sailed.
Cockpit
The GPS fishfinder is an 8-inch Hondex. The hour meter read 2,787 hours at the time of inspection. It has been used infrequently. A slow-speed lever is installed at your feet.
Cabin
Features sliding sash windows. The floorboards fit snugly. A drain box is installed to allow waste water to be discharged outside via a hose.
Isuzu UM4BG1TC, max 200 hp
Low usage at 2,787 hours. The starter motor was just replaced at the end of December 2025. It reportedly cost around 200,000 yen (maintenance invoice available). The asking price remains unchanged. Other than that, there have been no major issues, so no major parts have been replaced. The oil and filter are changed once a year. It is said to reach a maximum of 21 knots, but I take it easy and cruise at around 14 knots. Fuel efficiency seems to be quite good.
